Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A., is pleased to announce that consulting and trade compliance management company Sandler Travis Trade Advisory Services Inc. has been acquired by United Parcel Service Inc. STTAS will continue to provide its same services, from the same offices, with use of the same personnel. It will also continue to serve as a resource to ST&R on joint client issues as it has in the past.
For 40 years, the law firm has set the standard in global trade import/export compliance legal and consulting services. ST&R will continue to build on that tradition, offering legal and related services from its nine offices in the United States and Asia. The firm started from a strong base of expertise in traditional customs and import laws. Over the years it systematically built today’s team of professionals able to address the full range of international trade issues and opportunities by providing advice and advocacy on issues such as trade remedies, congressional actions, international negotiations, and the decisions of the 40+ federal agencies policing borders.

Under its new ownership, it will continue to offer GTCM services and will remain available to ST&R clients as needed and as appropriate.
