The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative is accepting through Nov. 15 comments on the issues raised in a World Trade Organization dispute filed by Korea against the U.S. safeguard measures on imports of large residential washers. Korea alleges that this safeguard is inconsistent with specific provisions of the WTO Agreement on Safeguards and the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade.
