The Bureau of Industry and Security is accepting public input through April 1 on the procedures for submitting requests for exclusions from the Section 232 national security adjustments of imports of steel and aluminum. Any comments will be considered by BIS before it submits these procedures for clearance by the Office of Management and Budget under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act. BIS estimates that this information collection will have some 97,000 respondents and projects the average time per response at four hours.
