Interferometers – new IPR infringement complaint filed on bio-layer interferometers and components thereof (complainant Sartorius Bioanalytical Instruments Inc.; proposed respondents located in U.S.)

Smart thermostats – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1339 of smart thermostat hubs, systems containing the same, and components of the same (complainants EDST LLC and QuextIoT LLC; respondents located in Taiwan and U.S.)

TVs – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1338 of smart televisions (complainant Maxell Ltd.; respondent located in U.S.)

Video processors – IPR infringement complaints filed on (1) video processing devices and products containing same (complainant VideoLabs Inc.; proposed respondent located in U.S.) and (2) video processing devices and components thereof (complainant DivX LLC; proposed respondents located in U.S.)
