Food service equipment – termination without import restrictions of infringement investigation 337-TA-1166 of food service equipment and components thereof based on finding of no violation
Movable barriers – Oct. 22 deadline for comments on public interest issues raised by a recommendation to issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist order in investigation 337-TA-1209 of movable barrier operator systems and components thereof
Stud finders – Nov. 8 deadline for comments on public interest issues raised by a recommendation to issue a limited exclusion order in investigation 337-TA-1221 of electronic stud finders, metal detectors, and electrical scanners
Surgical staplers – in investigation 337-TA-1167 (1) issuance of limited exclusion order prohibiting the importation of laparoscopic surgical staplers, reload cartridges, and components thereof that infringe specified patent claims, as well as cease and desist order, and (2) suspension of enforcement of these orders pending final resolution of a final written decision by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board that the asserted patent claims are unpatentable
Vaporizer cartridges – Nov. 5 deadline for comments on public interest issues raised by a recommendation to issue a general exclusion order or limited exclusion order should a violation be found in investigation 337-TA-1211 of vaporizer cartridges and components thereof
