Bats – new IPR infringement complaint filed on composite baseball and softball bats and components thereof (complainant Easton Diamond Sports LLC; proposed respondents located in the U.S.)

Lenses – new IPR infringement complaint filed on tunable lenses and products containing the same (complainant Holochip Corp.; proposed respondents located in Switzerland and the U.S.)

Tobacco heaters – finding of violation in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1199 of tobacco heating articles and components thereof and issuance of limited exclusion order prohibiting the importation of infringing goods and cease and desist orders directed against two respondents

Wireless devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on electronic devices having wireless communication capabilities and components thereof (complainant Bell Northern Research LLC; proposed respondents located in China and the U.S.)
