Bats – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1283 of composite baseball and softball bats and components thereof (complainant Easton Diamond Sports LLC; respondents located in the U.S.)

Digital video devices – Nov. 20 deadline for comments on public interest issues raised by recommendation to issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders in investigation 337-TA-1224 of digital video-capable devices and components thereof

Wireless devices – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1284 of electronic devices having wireless communication capabilities and components thereof (complainant Bell Northern Research LLC; respondents located in China, Hong Kong, Finland, and the U.S.)
