Administrative reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD and CV duty orders for the periods Sept. 1, 2022, through Aug. 31, 2023 (AD) and Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022 (CV), unless otherwise noted

- cold-rolled steel flat products from Korea (AD/CV)

- emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Mexico (AD)

- forged steel fittings from Taiwan (AD)

- fresh tomatoes from Mexico (AD)

- heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Korea and Mexico (AD)

- kitchen appliance shelving and racks from China (AD)

- lined paper products from India (AD/CV)

- magnesia carbon bricks from China (AD)

- methionine from Spain (AD)

- narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from China (AD/CV) and Taiwan (AD)

- oil country tubular goods from India (AD/CV), Korea (AD), Turkey (CV), and Vietnam (AD)

- polyethylene retail carrier bags from China (AD; Aug. 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023)

- stainless steel wire rod from Taiwan (AD)

- steel racks and parts thereof from China (AD/CV)

Corrosion-resistant steel – final determination that Dongkuk Coated Metal Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Dongkuk Steel Mill Co. Ltd. and is therefore entitled to its AD cash deposit rate under the AD duty order on corrosion-resistant steel products from Korea

Rail couplers – issuance of AD duty order on freight rail couplers and parts thereof from Mexico, effective Nov. 15, with current AD cash deposit rate of 48.1 percent

Silicon metal – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on silicon metal from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Wood flooring – dumping margins of zero and 2.05 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China for the period Dec. 1, 2017, through Nov. 30, 2018
