Aluminum foil – dumping margin of 16.61 percent for Companhia Brasileira de Alumínio / CBA Itapissuma in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on certain aluminum foil from Brazil for the period Nov. 1, 2023, through Oct. 31, 2024
Electrodes – postponement from May 20 to July 24 of deadline for preliminary determinations in CVD investigations on large diameter graphite electrodes from China and India
Freight rail couplers – preliminary affirmative determination in AD investigation of certain freight rail couplers and parts thereof from India, with adjusted cash deposit rates ranging from 0.93 to 71.01 percent, postponement of final determination until Sept. 18, and extension of provisional measures from a four-month period to a period no longer than six months
OCTG – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CVD orders on oil country tubular goods from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time (as a result, these AD and CVD orders will remain in place)
Pressure pipe – dumping margin of 0.96 percent for Suncity Metals & Tubes Private Ltd. in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on welded stainless pressure pipe from India for the period Nov. 1, 2023, through Oct. 31, 2024, and review rescission with respect to certain companies
Truck bed covers – postponement from May 21 to July 27 of deadline for preliminary determination in CVD investigation on truck bed covers from China
