Mattresses – (1) issuance of AD duty orders on mattresses from Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Serbia, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam, effective May 14, with current AD deposit rates of 52.41 percent for Cambodia, 2.22 percent for Indonesia, 42.92 percent for Malaysia, 112.11 percent for Serbia, 37.48 to 763.28 percent for Thailand, 20.03 percent for Turkey, and 114.92 to 668.38 percent for Vietnam, and (2) issuance of CV duty order on mattresses from China, with current CV deposit rate of 97.78 percent
Paper – (1) preliminary affirmative dumping determinations on thermal paper from Germany, Japan, Korea, and Spain, (2) new AD cash deposit requirements at rates of 2.78 percent for Germany, 35.71 percent for Japan, 6.19 percent for Korea, and 37.07 and 41.45 percent for Spain, and (3) and preliminary determination that critical circumstances exist for one company in Germany and all producers and exporters in Korea
PC strand – final affirmative AD injury determinations on pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, South Africa, Spain, Tunisia, and Ukraine and final negative critical circumstances on imports of this product from Indonesia
PET film, sheet, and strip – net subsidy rates of 11.67 percent in final results of administrative review of countervailing duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018
Snow throwers – preliminary affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on walk-behind snow throwers from China
