Chassis – final affirmative dumping determination on chassis and subassemblies thereof from China, with new AD cash deposit rate of 177.05 percent

Methionine – final affirmative dumping determination on methionine from France, with new AD cash deposit rates of 16.17 and 43.82 percent, and final affirmative critical circumstances determination for two companies

Polyester fiber – net subsidy rate of 4.89 percent for one company in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on fine denier polyester staple fiber from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019
Snow throwers – preliminary affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on walk-behind snow throwers from China

Solar cells – dumping margins of 3.3 and 3.63 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China for the period Dec. 1, 2016, through Nov. 30, 2017
