Carbon – dumping margin of zero for one exporter in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on activated carbon from China for the period April 1, 2016, through March 31, 2017
Paper – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on lined paper products from India for the period Sept. 1, 2018, through Aug. 28, 2019
Pipe fittings – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy for the period Feb. 1, 2020, through Jan. 31, 2021, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates.
Steel pipe – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico for the period Nov. 1, 2019, through Oct. 31, 2020, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates.
Wind towers – preliminary affirmative dumping determination on utility-scale wind towers from India, with new AD cash deposit requirement at rate of 54.03 percent, and preliminary negative dumping determination on such goods from Malaysia
