Smart thermostats – March 11 deadline for comments on public interest issues raised by new IPR infringement complaint on smart thermostat systems, smart HVAC systems, smart HVAC controls systems, and components thereof (complainant EcoFactor Inc.; proposed respondents located in Canada, Ireland, Germany, and the U.S.)

Textile fabrics – in patent infringement and false advertising investigation 337-TA-976 of woven textile fabrics and products containing same, rescission of general exclusion order and seizure and forfeiture orders at the request of complainant AAVN Inc., which argued that the exclusion of articles pursuant to the GEO exacerbates rather than redresses any injury it faces from imports

Toner – new IPR infringement complaint filed on toner supply containers and components thereof (complainants Canon Inc., Canon U.S.A. Inc., and Canon Virginia Inc.; proposed respondents located in China, Taiwan, and the U.S.)
