LEDs – institution of patent infringement investigation 337–TA–1257 of organic light-emitting diode displays, components thereof, and products containing same (complainants Samsung Display Co. Ltd. and Intellectual Keystone Technology LLC; respondents located in Taiwan, Japan, and the U.S.)

Thermostat systems – institution of patent infringement investigation 337–TA–1258 of certain smart thermostat systems, smart HVAC systems, smart HVAC control systems, and components thereof (complainant EcoFactor Inc.; respondents located in Canada, Germany, Ireland, and the U.S.)

Test strips – amendment of complaint and notice of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1239 on certain gabapentin immunoassay kits and test strips, components thereof, and methods therefor.
