The Drug Enforcement Administration is accepting comments through April 29 on a proposal to place the following substances, including their isomers, esters, ethers, salts, and salts of isomers, esters, and ethers, into schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act.
- ethyl 2-(1-(5- fluoropentyl)-1H-indazole-3-carboxamido)-3,3-dimethylbutanoate
- methyl 2-(1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indole-3-carboxamido)-3,3- dimethylbutanoate
- N-(adamantan-1-yl)-1-(4- fluorobenzyl)-1H-indazole-3-carboxamide
- 1-(5-fluoropentyl)-N-(2-phenylpropan-2-yl)- 1H-indazole-3-carboxamide
- (1-(4- fluorobenzyl)-1H-indol-3-yl)(2,2,3,3-tetramethylcyclopropyl)methanone
This rule would make permanent the administrative, civil, and criminal sanctions and regulatory controls applicable to schedule I substances on the importation, exportation, manufacture, distribution, possession, research and conduct of instructional activities, and chemical analysis of these substances.
Separately, the DEA is extending for one year the temporary schedule I status of the following substances, as well as their optical, positional, and geometric isomers, salts, and salts of isomers.
- ethyl 2-(1-(5-fluoropentyl)- 1H-indazole-3-carboxamido)-3,3-dimethylbutanoate
- methyl 2-(1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indole-3-carboxamido)-3,3-dimethylbutanoate
- N-(adamantan-1-yl)-1-(4-fluorobenzyl)-1H-indazole-3- carboxamide
- 1-(5-fluoropentyl)-N-(2-phenylpropan-2-yl)-1H-indazole-3- carboxamide
- (1-(4-fluorobenzyl)- 1H-indol-3-yl)(2,2,3,3-tetramethylcyclopropyl)methanone
