- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Juno Therapeutics Inc. facility within FTZ 5 in Bothell, Wash., which is used for the production of cell therapy products (comments due by April 12)

- received a notification of proposed production activity at the XPO Logistics facility within FTZ 72 in Clayton, Ind., which is used for the kitting of wearable electronic communication/data devices with watch bands of various materials (comments due by April 12)

- received a notification of proposed production activity at the Merck & Co. Inc. facility within FTZ 24 in Riverside, Pa., where Merck already has authority to produce pharmaceutical products, to add finished products and foreign-status materials to the scope of authority (comments due by April 14)

- approved an expansion of production authority at the Miraclon Corporation facility within FTZ 106 in Weatherford, Okla., where Miraclon already has authority to produce flexographic printing plates, aluminum printing plates, direct imaging film, and thermo imaging layer film, to add a foreign-status material to the scope of authority

- approved an expansion of production authority at the Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation facility within FTZ 168 in Dallas, Texas, where Gulfstream already has authority to produce and disassemble passenger jet aircraft, to add finished products related to such disassembly to the scope of authority

- authorized an expansion of production authority at the Ricoh Electronics Inc. facilities within FTZ 26 in Lawrenceville and Buford, Ga., where Ricoh already has authority to produce copiers, printers, toner cartridges, related toner products, thermal paper, and thermal film products, to add foreign-status materials to the scope of authority, subject to a five-year time limit on authorization to admit titanium dioxide mixture input in non-privileged foreign status

- authorized the establishment of subzone 262E at the Baxter Healthcare Corporation facility in Byhalia, Miss.

- authorized the establishment of subzone 266B at the Coating Place Inc. facility in Verona, Wis.
