R-125 – issuance of AD and CV duty orders on pentafluoroethane (R-125) from China, effective March 3
Shrimp – dumping margins of zero and 3.01 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from India for the period Feb. 1, 2020, through Jan. 31, 2021
Steel plate – (1) dumping margin of 6.09 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate products from Korea for the period Feb. 1, 2020, through Jan. 31, 2021, and (2) net subsidy rates of 0.26 and 0.56 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on such products for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020
Sunset reviews – initiation of sunset reviews of the following AD and/or CV duty orders, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders
- aluminum extrusions from China (AD/CV)
- phosphorus copper from Korea (AD)
- pure magnesium from China (AD)
- R-134 from China (AD)
- stainless steel sheet and strip from China (AD/CV)
Tubing – net subsidy rates of 3.30 to 5.57 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020
