Steel plate – in final results of administrative reviews of AD duty orders on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Belgium, Italy, and Korea for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019, dumping margins of 4.57 to 12.29 percent for Belgium, zero for Korea, and 1.23 to 1.39 percent for Italy
