The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Chassis – final affirmative CV duty determination on chassis and subassemblies thereof from China, with net subsidy rate of 39.14 percent

Cut-to-length plate – subsidy rate of 0.49 percent (de minimis) in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018

Welded pipes – dumping margin of 13.9 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes from India for the period May 1, 2018, through April 30, 2019

Wire mesh – final affirmative CV injury determination on standard steel welded wire mesh from Mexico

Wood flooring – dumping margin of zero for numerous companies in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China for the period Dec. 1, 2013, through Nov. 30, 2014
