- importer security filing (comments due by Dec. 29)

- forms 3124, application for customs broker license, and 3124E, application for customs broker license exam (comments due by Nov. 30)

- form 7523, entry and manifest of merchandise free of duty, carrier’s certificate of release (comments due by Nov. 30)

- form 7553, notice of intent to export, destroy, or return merchandise for purposes of drawback (comments due by Dec. 29)
