LED displays – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1257 of organic light-emitting diode displays, components thereof, and products containing same
Networking devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on networking devices, computers, and components thereof (complainant Proven Networks LLC; proposed respondents located in the U.S.)
Surgical staplers – in investigation 337-TA-1167 of laparoscopic surgical staplers, reload cartridges, and components thereof, July 8 deadline for comments on whether the issuance of the limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders recommended by the presiding administrative law judge would affect public health and welfare in the U.S., competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, the production of like or directly competitive articles in the U.S., or U.S. consumers
