Electronic candles – initial determination of patent infringement in investigation 337-TA-1195 of electronic candle products and components thereof and June 1 deadline for written comments on the form of remedy (if any) that should be ordered, the effects of any such remedy on the public interest, and the amount of the bond under which infringing goods could continue to enter the U.S. during the 60-day period the president has to review the ITC’s recommendation
Power inverters – new IPR infringement complaint filed on power inverters and converters, vehicles containing the same, and components thereof (complainant Arigna Technology Limited; proposed respondents located in Germany, Italy, and the U.S.)
Tobacco heaters – in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1199 of tobacco heating articles and components thereof, recommendation to issue a limited exclusion order if a violation is found and June 14 deadline for comments on the effects of such remedy on U.S. public health and welfare, competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, the production of like or directly competitive articles in the U.S., or U.S. consumers
Wearable devices – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1266 of wearable electronic devices with ECG functionality and components thereof (complainant AliveCor Inc.; respondent located in the U.S.)
