Batteries – in investigation 337-TA-1159 of lithium ion batteries, battery cells, battery modules, battery packs, components thereof, and processes therefor, permanent rescission of limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders on the basis of a settlement
Digital imaging devices – termination of investigation 337-TA-1231 of digital imaging devices and products containing the same and components thereof with respect to allegations of trade secret misappropriation and infringement of various patent claims
Integrated circuits – new IPR infringement complaint filed on integrated circuits and products containing same (complainants MediaTek Inc. and MediaTek USA Inc.; proposed respondents located in the Netherlands, Germany, and the U.S.)
Wireless equipment – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1247 of wireless communications equipment and components thereof based on a settlement between respondents and complainants Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America Inc.
