Batteries – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1181 of lithium-ion battery cells, battery modules, battery packs, components thereof, and products containing same based on settlement between respondents and complainants LG Chem Ltd., LG Chem Michigan Inc., and Toray Industries Inc.
Cell signal boosters – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigations 337-TA-1241, -1249, and -1250 of cellular signal boosters, repeaters, bi-directional amplifiers, and components thereof based on settlements between respondents and complainant Wilson Electronics LLC
Fiber optic equipment – final initial determination finding a Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1194 of high-density fiber optic equipment and components thereof and June 7 deadline for public comments on the form of remedy (if any) that should be ordered, the effects of any such remedy on the public interest, and the amount of the bond under which infringing articles could continue to enter the U.S. during the 60-day period the president has to review any ITC-recommended remedy
Integrated circuits – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1246 of integrated circuits and products containing the same based on a settlement between respondents and complainant Tela Innovations Inc.
