The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact STR.
Chassis – issuance of AD orders on chassis and subassemblies thereof from Mexico, Thailand, and Vietnam and CVD orders on such goods from Mexico and Thailand, effective June 18, with dumping margins of zero for Mexico, 72.85 and 129.63 percent for Thailand, and 186.84 percent for Vietnam and net subsidy rates of 76.91 percent for Mexico and 9.65 to 10.72 percent for Thailand
Glycine – net subsidy rate of 45.33 percent in final results of administrative review of CVD order on glycine from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023
Matchbooks – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CVD orders on commodity matchbooks from India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time; as a result, these orders will be continued
Nails – dumping margin of 78.17 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on steel nails from Taiwan for the period July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025
Palladium – final negative AD and CVD injury determinations on unwrought palladium from Russia; as a result, no AD or CVD order will be issued on such goods
