Scope rulings – list of scope rulings and anti-circumvention determinations made during the period Jan. 1 through March 31, 2021, with respect to the following AD and/or CV duty orders
- aluminum extrusions from China
- light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico
- polyester textured yarn from China and India
- softwood lumber products from Canada
- uncovered innerspring units from China
Steel – net subsidy rates of 0.51 to 6.83 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on corrosion-resistant steel products from Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2018
Steel wire rod – dumping margins of zero and 4.44 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on carbon and alloy steel wire rod from Turkey for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2016, and revocation of order with respect to subject goods produced and exported by Habas Sinai ve Tibbi Gazlar Istihsal Endustrisi A.S.
Trailer wheels – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on steel trailer wheels 12 to 16.5 inches in diameter from China for the period April 22, 2019, through Aug. 31, 2020, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
