Magnesium – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on pure magnesium from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Plastic bags – final determination of no shipments with respect to two companies in administrative review of AD duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from China for the period Aug. 1, 2020, through July 31, 2021
Rail couplers – final determination that a U.S. industry is not materially injured or threatened with material injury by reason of imports of freight rail coupler systems and components from China that the ITA has determined are subsidized and sold in the U.S. at less than fair value
Sulfanilic acid – revocation effective from May 9 of AD duty orders on sulfanilic acid from China and India and CV duty order on subject merchandise from India because no domestic interested party responded to the sunset review notice of initiation by the applicable deadline
Washers – revocation effective from May 26 of AD duty orders on helical spring locks washers from China and Taiwan because no domestic interested party responded to the sunset review notice of initiation by the applicable deadline
