Line pipe – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and/or CV duty orders on welded line pipe from Korea and Turkey would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Mowers – final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on walk-behind lawn mowers from China and Vietnam
Salts – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on potassium phosphate salts from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Tires – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on truck and bus tires from China for the period Feb. 1, 2020, through Jan. 31, 2021, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Wood flooring – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019, with respect to 88 companies and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
