Honey – preliminary affirmative AD injury determinations on raw honey from Argentina, Brazil, India, Ukraine, and Vietnam
Pipe – (1) sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 98.74 percent and (2) dumping margin of 7.23 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand for the period March 1, 2019, through Feb. 29, 2020
Ribbons – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from Taiwan for the period Sept. 1, 2019, through Aug. 31, 2020, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Rubber – (1) dumping margin of 67.99 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Brazil for the period Sept. 1, 2019, through Aug. 31, 2020, and (2) dumping margin of 34.93 percent for one exporter/producer in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Brazil for the period Sept. 1, 2018, through Aug. 31, 2019
Solar products – rescission of changed circumstances reviews of AD and CV duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China with respect to certain off-grid portable small panels
