Grating – continuation of AD and CV duty orders on steel grating from China, effective June 1
Nails – (1) dumping margin of 1.76 percent for one exporter/producer in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel nails from Oman for the period July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020, and (2) sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on steel nails from Korea, Malaysia, Oman, Taiwan, and Vietnam and CV duty order on steel nails from Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Paper – sunset review determinations that (1) revocation of AD duty orders on uncoated paper from Australia, Brazil, China, Indonesia, and Portugal would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 222.46 percent for Australia, 41.39 percent for Brazil, 149.0 percent for China, 17.46 percent for Indonesia, and 7.8 percent for Portugal, and (2) revocation of CV duty order on uncoated paper from Indonesia would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at rates of 21.21 to 109.14 percent
Polyester fiber – dumping margin of 21.43 percent for one exporter/producer in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on fine denier polyester staple fiber from India for the period Jan. 5, 2018, through June 30, 2019
