Copper pipe – final affirmative dumping determination on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Vietnam, with dumping margin of 8.35 percent, and final negative determination of critical circumstances
Silicon metal – final affirmative dumping determination on silicon metal from Malaysia, with dumping margin of 12.27 percent.
Softwood lumber – final determination that Chaleur Forest Products LP and Chaleur Forest Products Inc. are the successors-in-interest to Chaleur Sawmills LP and Fornebu Lumber Co. Inc. in the context of the AD duty order on softwood lumber products from Canada
Steel flanges – dumping margin of zero for 35 companies in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from India for the period Aug. 1, 2018, through July 31, 2019
Steel nails – dumping margin of 22.91 percent for nine companies in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on certain steel nails from China for the period Aug. 1, 2018, through July 31, 2019
Wire Strand – partial rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on prestressed concrete wire strand from Thailand for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020 with respect to Thai Wire Products Public Company Limited, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
