Gaming consoles – in investigation 337-TA-1197 of portable gaming console systems with attachable handheld controllers and components thereof, initial determination of violation, recommendation to issue limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders, and July 26 deadline for comments on whether issuance of those orders would affect U.S. public health and welfare, competitive conditions in the U.S., the production of like or directly competitive articles in the U.S., or U.S. consumers
Slurries – in investigation 337-TA-1204 of chemical mechanical planarization slurries and components thereof, Aug. 9 deadline for comments on whether issuance of the recommended limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders would affect U.S. public health and welfare, competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, the production of like or directly competitive articles in the U.S., or U.S. consumers
Streaming devices – in investigation 337-TA-1200 of electronic devices, including streaming players, televisions, set-top boxes, remote controllers, and components thereof, Aug. 9 deadline for comments on whether issuance of the recommended limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders would affect U.S. public health and welfare, competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, the production of like or directly competitive articles in the U.S., or U.S. consumers
