Coated metal parts – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1431 of nanolaminate alloy coated metal parts and products containing same following determination of no Section 337 violation

DRAMs – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1511 of dynamic random access memory devices, products containing the same, and components thereof (complainant Netlist Inc.; respondents located in South Korea and the U.S.)

Foundry coke – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1512 of foundry coke (complainants SunCoke Technology and Development LLC and Jewell Coke Company L.P.; respondents located in the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, and Italy)

High chairs – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1510 of convertible child high chairs (complainant Kids2 LLC; respondents located in Canada and the U.S.)
