Heavy machinery – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1507 of heavy machinery and components thereof (complainant Caterpillar Inc.; respondents located in South Korea, Mexico, the Czech Republic, France, India, and the U.S.)
Protein study systems – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1508 of systems, devices, software, compositions, chemicals, and laboratory supplies for studying proteins (complainants Seer Inc. and The Brigham and Women’s Hospital Inc.; respondent located in China)
Skin care devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on dermatological treatment devices and components thereof (complainant Serendia LLC; proposed respondents located in Israel, England, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Cyprus, and the U.S.)
