Batteries – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1179 of pouch-type battery cells, battery modules, and battery packs, components thereof, and products containing the same based on a settlement between respondents and complainants SK Innovation Co. Ltd. and SK Battery America Inc.

Bone cements – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1175 of bone cements and bone cement accessories following a finding of no violation

Power inverters – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1267 of power inverters and converters, vehicles containing the same, and components thereof (complainant Argina Technology Limited; proposed respondents located in Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, and the U.S.)

Touch-sensing controllers – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1268 of capacitive touch sensing systems and controllers, microcontrollers with capacitive touch sensing functionality, and components thereof (complainant Neodron Ltd.; proposed respondents located in Switzerland, Japan, and the U.S.)
