- approved an expansion and modification of the boundaries of subzone 149C, which consists of six Phillips 66 Company sites in Brazoria County, Texas

- terminated review of a notification of proposed production activity at the M.M.O. Companies Inc. facilities within FTZ 31 in Mascoutah and Edwardsville, Ill., which are used for the disassembly of firearms and ammunition as well as the modification of receivers
