Lumber – preliminary determination that CHAP Alliance Inc. is the successor-in-interest to L’Atelier de Readaption au Travail de  Beauce Inc. for purposes of the AD duty order on softwood lumber products from Canada

Phosphate salts – continuation of AD and CV duty orders on potassium phosphate salts from China, effective July 12

R-125 – preliminary determination that critical circumstances exist with respect to imports of pentafluoroethane (R-125) from certain producers and exporters from China

Wind towers – final affirmative CV injury determination on utility-scale wind towers from Malaysia

Wire and cable – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on aluminum wire and cable from China for the period April 8, 2019, through Dec. 31, 2019, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
