The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Candles – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on petroleum wax candles from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 104.33 percent

Citric acid – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Thailand for the period July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020

Methionine – issuance of AD duty order on methionine from France, with AD cash deposit rates of 16.17 and 43.82 percent

Mowers – issuance of (1) antidumping duty orders on walk-behind lawn mowers and parts thereof from China and Vietnam, with AD cash deposit rates of 88.14 to 263.75 percent for China and 148.35 and 176.37 percent from Vietnam, and (2) countervailing duty order on such mowers from China, with CV cash deposit rates of 13.67 to 20.98 percent

Tires – (1) final affirmative AD injury determination on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand, (2) final negative AD injury determination on such tires from Vietnam, and (3) final affirmative CV injury determination on such tires from Vietnam
