Ammonium nitrate – initiation of AD and CV duty investigations of urea ammonium nitrate solutions from Russia and Trinidad & Tobago, with alleged dumping margins of 169.96 to 433.37 percent for Russia and 158.81 percent for Trinidad & Tobago
MSG – dumping margins of zero and 6.75 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on monosodium glutamate from Indonesia for the period Nov. 1, 2018, through Oct. 31, 2019
Nails – determination that Midwest Fastener Corp.’s strike pin anchors are not covered by the AD duty order on steel nails from China
Solar cells – rescission of administrative review of CV duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2019, with respect to 11 companies and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Transformers – dumping margin of zero in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on large power transformers from Korea for the period Aug. 1, 2015, through July 31, 2016, due to court decision
