Electronic candles – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1195 of electronic candle products and components thereof with respect to five respondents based on separate settlement agreements with complainants L&L Candle Company LLC and Sotera Tschetter Inc.
Gaming consoles – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1197 of portable gaming console systems with attachable handheld controllers and components thereof with respect to one patent claim based on a partial withdrawal by complainant Gamevice Inc.
Streaming devices – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1200 of electronic devices, including streaming players, televisions, set top boxes, remote controllers, and components thereof, with respect to one patent claim withdrawn by Universal Electronics Inc.
Tobacco heaters – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1199 of tobacco heating articles and components thereof with respect to two respondents based on withdrawal of part of the complaint by RAI Strategic Holdings Inc., R.J. Reynolds Vapor Company, and R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company
