- did not approve production under zone procedures at the Arbor Foods Inc. facility within FTZ 8 in Toledo, Ohio

- approved the expansion of subzone 18F to include the Lam Research Corporation facility in Fremont, Calif.

- authorized an expansion of production authority at the Patheon Puerto Rico Inc. facility within FTZ 7 in Manati, PR, where Patheon already had authority to produce certain pharmaceutical products, to add a foreign-status material to the scope of authority

- received an application for subzone status for the Baxter Healthcare Corporation facility within FTZ 262 in Byhalia, Miss. (comments due by Feb. 15)
