Fertilizer – net subsidy rate of 16.88 percent in amended preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on phosphate fertilizers from Morocco
Mowers – affirmative preliminary dumping determination on walk-behind lawn mowers and parts thereof from China and Vietnam, with new AD cash deposit requirements at rates of 67.95 to 84.26 percent for China and 183.87 to 221.34 percent for Vietnam
Polyester fiber – dumping margin of 2.6 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on low-melt polyester staple fiber from Korea for the period Feb. 1, 2018, through July 31, 2019
Shrimp – dumping margin of 3.0 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from India for the period Feb. 1, 2018, through Jan. 31, 2019
Silicon metal – scheduling of final phase of AD injury investigations of silicon metal from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, and Kazakhstan and CV injury investigation of silicon metal from Malaysia, with hearing scheduled for Feb. 22, pre-hearing briefs due by Feb. 16, post-hearing briefs due by March 1, and final comments due by March 22
