The ITC has determined not to review an initial determination of the presiding administrative law judge in the ongoing Section 337 investigation of certain electric skin care devices, brushes and chargers therefore, and kits containing the same from various sources. Specifically, the ALJ partially granted a motion by the complainant to amend the amended complaint and notice of investigation by (1) changing the name of one respondent and (2) accusing an additional product of infringement.
