LED products – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1164 of light-emitting diode products, systems, and components with respect to one patent claim withdrawn by complainants Lighting Science Group Corp., Healthe Inc., and Global Value Lighting LLC
Microfluidic systems – in investigation 337-TA-1100, issuance of a limited exclusion order prohibiting further importation of the defendant’s microfluidic systems infringing patents asserted by 10X Genomics Inc. as well as a cease and desist order against the defendant
Mobile devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on capacitive touch-controlled mobile devices, computers, and components thereof (complainant Neodron Ltd., proposed respondents located in Taiwan, Korea, Japan, and the U.S.)
Nicotine pouches – new IPR infringement complaint filed on nicotine pouches and components thereof and methods of making the same (complainants NYZ Ab, Swedish Match North America LLC, Pinkerton Tobacco Co. LP, and wm17 holding GmbH; proposed respondents located in Sweden and the U.S.)
