LEDs – new IPR infringement complaint on filament light-emitting diodes and products containing same (complainant The Regents of the University of California; proposed respondents located in Sweden, Switzerland, and the U.S.; public comments due by Aug. 12)

Truck bed covers – Aug. 12 deadline for public comments on the form of remedy that should be ordered against the defaulting respondent, the effect of any such remedy on the public interest, and the amount of the bond under which infringing articles could continue to enter the U.S. during the 60-day presidential review period for any ITC-ordered remedy in patent and trademark infringement investigation 337-TA-1143 of pickup truck folding bed cover systems and components thereof
