Footwear – Feb. 28 deadline in trademark infringement investigation 337-TA-936 of footwear products for written submissions on the form of remedy, if any, that should be ordered (i.e., exclusion orders and/or cease and desist orders); the effects of any such remedy on the public interest; and the amount of the bond under which infringing articles could continue to enter the U.S. during the 60-day period the president has to review any ITC-ordered remedy

LED products – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1168 of light-emitting diode products, systems, and components thereof with respect to two respondents for which complainants Lighting Science Group Corporation, Health Inc., and Global Value Lighting LLC withdrew their allegations

Shaker screens – termination of patent and trademark infringement investigation 337-TA-1184 of shaker screens for drilling fluids, components thereof, and related marketing materials with respect to one respondent based on a consent order with complainant M-I LLC
