Electronic devices – termination of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1187 of electronic devices with optical filters and optical sensor systems and components thereof with respect to (1) three respondents based on a settlement agreement with complainant Viavi Solutions Inc. and (2) five patent claims withdrawn by Viavi
Fiber optic equipment – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1194 of high-density fiber optic equipment and components thereof (complainant Corning Optical Communications LLC, respondents located in Switzerland, China, Canada, and the U.S.)
LEDs – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1164 of light-emitting diode products, systems, and components based on withdrawal of the complaint
Spa pumps – amended patent infringement complaint on spa pumps, jet pump housings, pedicure spas, components thereof, and products containing the same and request for comments on whether remedial orders on such goods would affect public health and welfare in the U.S., competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, the production of like or directly competitive articles in the U.S., or U.S. consumers
Toner cartridges – two respondents found in default in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1174 of toner cartridges, components thereof, and systems containing same
