Child-resistant closures – IPR infringement complaint received July 22 on child-resistant closures with slider devices having a user-actuated insertable torpedo for selectively opening the closures and slider devices therefor (complainant Reynolds Presto Products Inc.; proposed respondents located in China and Japan; comments due by Aug. 6)
Fish-handling pliers – institution of patent and trademark infringement investigation 337-TA-1169 of fish-handling pliers and packaging thereof (complainant United Plastic Molders Inc., respondents located in China)
Microfluidic systems – Aug. 26 deadline for comments on whether the issuance of a limited exclusion order and cease and desist order in investigation 337-TA-1100 of microfluidic systems and components thereof and products containing same would affect the public health and welfare in the U.S., competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, the production of like or directly competitive articles in the U.S., or U.S. consumers
Nutraceutical products – new IPR infringement complaint filed on exogenous beta-hydroxybutyrate nutraceutical products (complainant New U Life Corporation, proposed respondents located in the U.S.; comments due by Aug. 7)
Subsea telecom systems – review of final initial determination finding no Section 337 violation in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1098 of subsea telecommunication systems and components thereof
