Child-resistant closures – in investigation 337-TA-1171, issuance of general exclusion order prohibiting the unlicensed entry of child-resistant closures with slider devices having a user-actuated insertable torpedo for selectively opening the closures, and slider devices therefor, that infringe certain patent claims asserted by Reynolds Presto Products Inc.

Electronic candles – termination of one respondent from patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1195 of electronic candle products and components thereof due to lack of imports or sales of subject goods by that company

Flasks – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1216 of vacuum-insulated flasks and components thereof (complainant Steel Technology LLC and Helen of Troy Limited; respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Plasma system probes – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1182 of argon plasma coagulation system probes, their components, and other components for use therewith based on settlement agreement between respondents and complainants Erbe Elektromedizin GmbH and Erbe USA Inc.
