Child-resistant closures – following initial determination of violation in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1171 of child-resistant closures with slider devices having a user-actuated insertable torpedo for selectively opening the closures and slider devices therefor, June 12 deadline for comments on (1) the form of remedy, if any, that should be ordered, (2) the effects of any such remedy on the public interest, and (3) the amount of the bond under which infringing articles could continue to enter the U.S. during the 60-day period the president would have to review any ITC-ordered remedy

Drill bits – new IPR infringement complaint filed on completion drill bits and products containing the same; complainant Varel International Industries LLC requests imposition of a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against proposed respondents, which are located in China and the U.S.

Planarization slurries – new IPR infringement complaint filed on chemical mechanical planarization slurries and components thereof (complainant Cabot Microelectronics Corporation; proposed respondents located in Taiwan, Japan, and the U.S.)

Road construction machines – temporary rescission of seizure and forfeiture order in investigation 337-TA-1088 of road construction machines and components thereof
